Pops of Perfect Colour

Pops of Perfect Colour

We are taking a walk down memory lane again and we just love where this little path leads!

We collaborated with some of our favourite suppliers for this bright and colourful shoot and we had so much fun planning and pulling together all the pretty elements.

We used bright colours and polka dots as our theme and ideas literally just “popped” out. If you look carefully at the photo’s, you will see the repetition of the dots everywhere (from the table stationery, to the flowers and even the cake pops.)

This shoot was done in the era of the carnival wedding and we wanted to show brides that they could have bright colours as their wedding palette, without having to go the route of the carnival theme. Since the shoot, bright (and even flourescent) colours have made big comebacks on the wedding scene and it has been lovely to see how brides stepped out of the safety (and monotony) of the traditional white wedding and have dared to be different.

Always look on the bright side of life!
