Whether your guests like their drinks shaken, stirred, on the rocks or neat, our barmen are fully trained to cater to their needs. They can operate any bar – cash bar, tab and open bar – so you can rest assured that your party will be in good spirits.

A supervisor will be present at any event that requires four or more of our staff. The supervisor will be included in the total number of waiters needed at the function, but his/her duties will be to ensure the team arrives at the venue on time and that the shift runs smoothly. The supervisor will also act as the liaison between the venue manager/chef and the team and will report back to us after the function.
