Wedding Packages
Full Co-ordination Package
We hand-pick trusted suppliers who align with your vision, budget, and expectations—ensuring they deliver exceptional service on the day. We take care of all supplier communication and payments, and for your peace of mind, we carefully track every transaction.
To keep things running seamlessly, we’ll compile a detailed timeline and running order, which all suppliers are required to sign off on before the wedding.
Unless otherwise arranged, we’ll be onsite from the moment the first supplier arrives in the morning and coordinate the event through to the end of the formalities—typically when the dance floor opens. At that point, we hand over to the venue manager.
All supplier breakdowns and pick-ups will be confirmed as part of the final timeline. If needed, one of our junior coordinators will stay onsite to manage the final shift.
Rest assured—you’ll be in excellent hands from start to finish.
On The Day Co-ordination Package
Our Wedding Day Coordination service is designed to give you complete peace of mind in the final lead-up to your celebration.
We’ll schedule one meeting ahead of your big day—ideally at your wedding venue—so we can walk through the space together and fully understand the look and feel you have in mind.
With your input, we’ll build a detailed running order for the day and take over all supplier communication one week before the wedding.
On the day itself, our team will be onsite from the moment the first suppliers arrive. We’ll manage the flow of the day and ensure everything runs smoothly through to the final formalities—usually once the dance floor opens —after which we’ll hand over to the venue manager (unless otherwise arranged).
All breakdowns and supplier pick-ups will be confirmed in the final timeline.
Please note: If you need us to source any suppliers on your behalf, our full planning package will apply.
Step- by-Step Process
Enquire
1. Check our availability. Send packages and make some suggestions. Set up a meeting in person or via Skype.
2. Choose a package and pay 50% deposit to secure wedding date on our side.
3. Fill in our wedding info sheet.
4. Work on a moodboard to streamline concept and theme for the wedding.
5. Send supplier suggestions.
6. Choose suppliers.
7. Start with your first quote. (Can take some time)
8. Make changes or accept quote.
9. Send final quote.
10. Pay deposits to secure suppliers.
11. Regular check in emails to keep you up to speed.
12. Relax and know your wedding planning is in good hands.
A MONTH BEFORE
13. Final guest count and menu choice.
14. Final payment.
15. Send final timeline to you and all suppliers involved.
A WEEK BEFORE
16. Check all payments.
THE DAY BEFORE
17. Move into venue and start with set up if venue allows.
ON THE DAY
18. Co-ordinate.
19. Just enjoy!
AFTER
20. Extra invoice for any outstanding payments (i.e., breakages, added guests or items).
