A supervisor will be present at any event that requires four or more of our staff. The supervisor will be included in the total number of waiters needed at the function, but his/her duties will be to ensure the team arrives at the venue on time and that the shift runs smoothly. The supervisor will also act as liaison between the venue manager/chef and the team and will report back to us after the function.
