27 Sep Kerri & Matt: Summer love in Stellenbosch

When you spend more than 5 minutes with Kerri and Matt, you just know that they are meant for each other. They are fun and adventurous, but also kind-hearted and generous and it was such a pleasure planning their big day and getting to experience it with them.

Nooitgedacht is one of those venues that have so much to offer in terms of different spaces and areas that you can utilise, but the bride had her heart set on a ceremony in the lane. This is also one of our favourite ceremony spots, with the trees so perfectly framing the sacred moments and providing enough shade for guests to be comfortable.

In true Cape Town style, the weather turned inclement the day before and there were still a few spotty showers on the morning of the wedding, but by the time the first guests started to treacle into the property it was clear skies and everything looked and smelled freshly pressed for the big event.

The vibe at this wedding was one of fun and celebration and the entire day just felt like a fairytale. It was amazing to witness these two souls start their journey together as husband and wife.
