Tracy & Rob: A Romantic, Hidden Valley Wedding

Rob, our Dutch groom and his beautiful South African bride, Tracy fell in love with the wine and the views at Hidden Valley and decided that that would be where they brought their families together to witness their promise of eternal love to each other. They had been living in Dubai for quite some time, so their guest list represented quite a global party. The day started out warm and sunny and the views from the reception at sunset where simply spectacular. The décor was soft and natural and everything blended into the exquisite beauty of the surrounding landscape. Olive green accents...

Kirsty & Adam: A Farm Style Wedding Celebration

Kirsty and Adam said their 'I do's' on her parents' farm in Tokai. It was a very relaxed, informal wedding and we used haybales and wooden furniture to give it an authentic farmyard chic. Guests mingled freely under a tent covered in fairylights and enjoyed course after course of delicious finger and bowl foods – highlighted by the home-made ice-cream they had for dessert! Although white was most certainly the main colour of the evening, it was accentuated with beautiful pops of plum, jade, pink and grey. Pops of Perfect Colour

Pops of Perfect Colour We are taking a walk down memory lane again and we just love where this little path leads! We collaborated with some of our favourite suppliers for this bright and colourful shoot and we had so much fun planning and pulling together all the pretty elements. This shoot was done in the era of the carnival wedding and we...

Marissa and Ryan wanted a low-key, beach wedding with the best views possible. They loved the West Coast and decided on Strandkombuis in Yzerfontein as their venue of choice. It was the perfect day – one of the few days in December that the wind didn't blow at gale force speeds. The sun was shining, but not too hot, there was a gentle breeze and the ocean was the perfect, typical West Coast blue. The décor was rustic, but elegant and we used different hues of coral, purple, white and cream in the flower arrangements and dotted throughout the venue. Marissa's family all came down from the...

Sade & Husband: A Fairytale Winelands Wedding

Ethereal beauty, Sade and her tall, dark and handsome groom tied the knot at the beautiful Brenaissance Wine and Stud Estate in Stellenbosch. They were such a gorgeous couple, that their winelands wedding could not be anything other than breath-taking. We were only called in to take over a couple of weeks before the wedding, to make sure that everything was ticked off the list and came together beautifully. This also allowed the couple to truly enjoy the day with their loved ones and friends. The colour scheme was white and crystal, with soft touches of pink, that gave the entire hall the...
