Woolworths Financial Services is a long-standing client of ours. When they approached us for their first gala event since Covid, the excitement was palpable!

They wanted to do something fresh, celebrating a year of success and have fun while doing it. We toyed with a few ideas until we eventually landed up at the “Seven Colours” concept, based (very) loosely on the Soweto Food Festival of the same name. Each colour represented a positive message and we wanted the guests to walk away feeling empowered.

There were photo booths for each theme and each one was a vibe! We used coloured lights to enhance the look of each coloured section, the flowers were whimsical en gave a fresh, garden feel and guests came dressed to the nines in their colour block ensembles.

The company awarded various individuals and applauded many sectors for their tenacity and success during a year that was not as easy as everyone had hoped. The evening was a roaring success, the mood was sunshine and Master KG had guests on the dance floor till the wee hours.
