Sunelle and Rühan: A Franschhoek Fairytale

I am more than a little biased, but this was my absolute favourite wedding of all time!

My husband and I decided to do things a little differently and our hearts were really to just have an intimate and really special ceremony with our closest family and friends.

From the moment we started planning, I had a sunset ceremony in mind and in my mind’s eye it just had to be in a little chapel with big windows, surrounded by mountains and water. Tall order? Not so much, thanks to La Roche!

It being winter, we opted for warm and moody and looking back, I can’t think of a single thing that didn’t turn out exactly the way we wanted.

It was an incredibly special day, perfect in every way and I wouldn’t have done anything differently.
